This week was another road session with a re-visit of a similar route to last week's road ride, if for nothing else to get some snaps of some great views along the way. Starting in Eltham I looped back towrd Warrandyte then out toward Kangaroo Ground. Heading through Rob Roy and Smiths Gully I grabbed the shots, first one toward the bay with the Melbourne city-scape visible the second a great view across Sugarloaf with Mt Dandy in the background. It's an area also offering some excellent mtb trails and I crossed paths with Melissa Arnett and Ben Randall (a couple of excellent mtb enduro riders) out for an mtb session. After reaching Smiths Gully Store it was right to St Andrews then right again up to Kinglake, a u-turn at the round about and back down.
