A sunny start to the day seemed like a whole new concept so I knocked over the domestic objectives then set off for a look at the outside world. Plenty of classic cars were out taking advantage of the fine weather, too, and I soon traced them all to be coming from the same spot. Rob Roy Hillclimb was hosting the Vintage Sports Car Club for the day. For me the real drooling started as a couple of MG TC's approached from the opposite direction. Magnificent. After passing the Hillclimb on Clintons Rd it was onwards toward Smiths Gully via some magic climbs and descents along the quiet back roads, then on to St Andrews, Hurstbridge, well, you can follow the route as follows:
